Beauty is Everywhere – Sacramento Family Photographer
I am writing this post to prove that you can take beautiful photos anywhere as long as the lighting is beautiful.
This is my son. He’s adorable, right??! 😉
I may have mentioned it before, but his favorite thing EVER is trucks. Garbage trucks, tow trucks, construction trucks, the list goes on and on and he can name every one by name. This summer he attended a summer camp at the library called “Terrific Trucks”. He learned all about the different trucks in our community and was able to climb into them and see them up close. I’m pretty sure that was the highlight of his life. No joke.
There is a lot of construction projects going on in our neighborhood right now. Seeing all of these trucks is absolutely thrilling for my little truck lover. He probably has every one of those trucks at home in Tonka form.
We drive by this old abandoned back hoe truck every day. It’s been parked in this field, completely left alone for well over a year, and I’m not sure what’s going on and with it. But I’ve noticed that in the afternoon, the lighting there is just lovely. So I decided to walk down there and take some snapshots.
I love these photos so much. But it is makes me giggle inside to know what the pull back of this location looks like. There’s garbage everywhere, a busy street right behind where I’m shooting, and it’s just not somewhere you imagine beauty happening.
However, it’s amazing what you can do with a little creative angling and nice lighting!
